RESERVATION DEPOSITS SCHEDULE
- If more than 180 days in advance: 10% deposit upon reservation
40% due 90 days before arrival
50% due 30 days before arrival
- If less than 90 days in advance: 50% deposit upon reservation
50% due 30 days before arrival
- If less than 180 days in advance: 25% deposit upon reservation
25% due 90 days before arrival
50% due 30 days before arrival
- If less than 30 days in advance: 100% payment upon reservation
CANCELLATION FEE POLICY
Notice of Cancellation
- 90 or more days before arrival – Fee Due: 10 % of booking total
- 31 to 89 days before arrival – Fee Due: 50 % of booking total
- 30 days or less before arrival – Fee Due: 100 % of booking total
COVID 19 CANCELLATION POLICY
The island’s protocols are found at www.barbadostravelprotocols.com please keep updated. Known protocols such as the need for testing or quarantine (including on your return home) are taken as agreed as these are in existence when you are booking. If flights are cancelled and rearranged, we will change dates for no charge to match the new flights. If there is a Barbados lockdown with no restaurants or attractions available, or someone who is due to travel with your party is positive with the virus at the time of the trip, we will change dates at no charge (rates may change with season). Travel insurance is recommended.
TERMS
- no unregistered guests are allowed in the grounds, pool, building or apartment without express approval of management; fees apply for additional guests
- housekeeping staff and management are to be allowed access when scheduled in advance (please discuss any requests or concerns with management)
- US$500 damage deposit required in case of excessive breakage, equipment or furniture damage, or excess cleaning fees – this is taken as a ‘pre-auth’ on arrival
- rates and fees are in USD, charged locally in BDS at the current rate of exchange
